It was established in 1991 with only 40 students in the 1st year classes of diploma- in- Engineering in Electrical Technology with the growing demands of mid lavel technical manpower home & abroad the institute has since greatly expanded. The institute now offers courses in 5 technologies.  Text Box: < Welcome: Text Box: The main campus including one large four storied building, one three storied building and 1 storied buildings are now accommodating  the class rooms. Offices, Library, Work-shop , laboratories and 2 Hostel Text Box: Diploma in Courses of operate in two shift. The first shift operate 7.30 am to 1.20 pm. While the 2nd shift from 1.35 pm to 7.25 pm.
